Refund Policy
Refunds
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn with tags still attached.
To request a return you can contact us at chadchildrenswear@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns postage will be payable by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund so please allow at up to 30 days for it to show in your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Please contact us within 7 days to advise if you require an exchange regarding the sizing of an item purchased. We are unable to exchange for alternative colours or different items of stock. Please get in touch at chadchildrenswear.com
